Start your marketing career with a family-owned company that's been in business since 1934. You'll do real work from day one, and you'll see it used by our sales reps, managers and customers.

The Basics

• Pay: $42,000 to $48,000 per year, salaried


• Schedule: Full-time


• Location: Petersburg, VA. On-site for a 6-month training period, then hybrid with 2 remote days a week.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism or a related field


• Experience: 0 to 2 years. Internships, class projects, freelance work and student organizations all count.

About Us

Mohenis Services supports the Your Linen Service family of companies. These textile rental businesses, including Virginia Linen Service, Tarheel Linen, Harbour Textile Rental Service and Southern Textile Service, serve hospitals, restaurants, hotels and other businesses across Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, West Virginia and Ohio.

What You'll Do

• Social media: Plan, write, design and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram across our brands. Keep the content calendar current and share simple monthly results.


• Design and copy: Create flyers, brochures, email graphics and digital ads in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Write captions and copy that fit each brand's voice and standards.


• Sales support: Build sales flyers, presentations, leave-behinds and sales contest materials for our reps.


• Events: Help prepare for trade shows, sales meetings and company events.


• Recruiting: Design job ad graphics and hiring fair materials. Produce employee spotlights and short recruiting videos.


• Photo and video: Visit our plants now and then to capture photos and video for social, sales and recruiting.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism or a related field


• A portfolio of design and/or writing samples


• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva


• Comfortable with Microsoft Office


• Strong writing skills and an eye for detail


• Organized and able to manage several projects and deadlines at once

Nice to Have

• HubSpot or other email marketing/CRM experience


• Social scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite


• Photo and video shooting and editing


• Experience using AI tools for writing or design
