At Coast To Coast Connections, we partner with nonprofit organizations and social good campaigns to bring their missions to life through face-to-face engagement. Our work happens where change begins — in the community. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Assistant to help coordinate and execute event-based outreach campaigns that raise awareness and build real-world connections.

What You’ll Do
Assist with planning, organizing, and setting up in-person promotional events
Represent nonprofit and advocacy campaigns to the public at outreach events
Engage directly with community members to share key messages and generate support
Coordinate materials, signage, and logistics for each event
Track event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Support team leads and managers with daily campaign needs
Outgoing and comfortable speaking with people in public settings
Highly organized and dependable
Eager to learn about community-based marketing and event planning
Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Team-oriented and mission-driven
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
Experience in event work, promotions, customer service, or canvassing is a plus — but not required
Get real-world experience in marketing, events, and community outreach
Be part of campaigns that support vital causes
Fast-paced, collaborative, and people-first work culture
Full training provided — no prior experience required
