Marketing assistant/analyst II - Career Growth Potential

Job Title: Marketing Automation Assistant/Analyst II
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 3 Month on W2

Responsibilities:
A resource who has basic to intermediate level of working within Oracle Eloqua or other Marketing Automation or email marketing tools.
This person would work collaboratively and should have basic experience with key functions including building landing page and email assets, importing and exporting data to build segments, and creating campaigns.
This role will consist of approx. 75% request-based work and 25% project-based work. It would be very helpful if this person had some technical experience using HTML, JavaScript, graphics and video tools, and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.)

Desired skill-set:
" Previous use of Marketing Automation or email marketing tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc). (Required)
" Create landing pages and emails from visual based tools - (WYSIWYG)
o HTML, other technical experience is a plus.
" Basic image and graphics editing experience work (crops, resizing for online use).
" Basic experience with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
o Examples include: ability to navigate office software tools for manipulating data, creating basic slides to communicate visual concepts, working with tracked changes in MS Word).
" This is considered a remote role, with preference given to matching skill-set over physical location. (North American time zones are preferred.)
" Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. (Required)

Education/Experience:
o Typically has a Bachelors degree or equivalent training and experience with media, digital marketing, communications and metrics reporting.
o 2-4 years related experience. (Required)

Responsibility level:
o Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor.
o Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. (Required)
