About the role:
The Field Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating and implementing field marketing campaigns to generate leads & marketing pipeline, increase brand awareness, and support the sales team. This role involves assisting with the planning and execution of events & webinars, managing marketing activities with key partners, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and execution of field marketing plans that align with the overall marketing strategy Organize and manage events such as trade shows, conferences, partner seminars, webinars, and customer appreciation events.
Design and implement tactics to generate qualified leads through field marketing activities.
Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure successful event execution Manage budgets for field marketing activities.
Conduct research to identify new event or third-party vendors for lead generation Work closely with the sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing and event management
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong initiative and self-motivation alongside start-up mentality with ability leverage and influence others in a positive and supportive manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
