Marketing Associate

Gaffa group is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team.

The main goal of this role is to contribute to marketing campaigns that drive results and boost sales. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to learn the inner workings of a marketing firm. Quick thinking and adaptability are essential for success in this position.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns to achieve strategic goals
• Provide outstanding service while building strong client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to expand brand awareness 
• Lead marketing initiatives and support teams in meeting KPIs
• Assist in organizing pop-up events across the Fort Worth area.
• Monitor and report on sales performance
• Communicate effectively with current and potential customers to drive engagement
• Apply teamwork and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
• Develop new customer accounts through meaningful interactions
• Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately

Marketing Associate Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience in full-cycle sales
• Proficiency in quickly using marketing materials and resources
