Description 🚀 Marketing Operations Associate (Salesforce, CRM, List Building) – Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: CST Hours (U.S. Central Time)
💼 About the Role We’re hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to strengthen marketing systems, improve CRM accuracy, support campaign execution, and maintain clean, scalable marketing operations.
This is not a strategy-only marketing role.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on:
CRM hygiene and data management List building and audience segmentation Campaign operations and reporting Marketing workflow optimization Marketing systems support You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing to ensure marketing systems remain organized, efficient, and operationally reliable.

🔥 What You’ll Own CRM & Marketing Data Management Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene and ensure high data accuracy Audit, clean, and standardize marketing databases Manage: lead records segmentation duplicate cleanup field consistency campaign attribution accuracy Ensure CRM data remains organized and campaign-ready Support reporting visibility and operational consistency across systems List Building & Prospect Research Build prospect lists using: ZoomInfo LinkedIn Apollo or similar prospecting platforms Audit and validate prospect data for accuracy Segment audiences based on: industry job title geography company size campaign criteria Support targeting and audience development for outbound campaigns Campaign Operations & Tracking Support execution of: mass email campaigns nurture workflows outbound marketing initiatives Maintain campaign tracking frameworks and reporting structures Ensure proper tagging, attribution, and tracking across campaigns Improve campaign reporting visibility and operational reliability Marketing Operations & Workflow Optimization Document and standardize marketing workflows and SOPs Improve operational processes across marketing systems Support execution inside platforms such as: Salesforce HubSpot Pardot / Account Engagement Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Help maintain scalable, repeatable marketing operations SEO & Website Support Conduct website and SEO audits Support: content updates metadata optimization keyword improvements internal linking updates Maintain competitor tracking databases and research documentation Assist with CMS updates and website maintenance tasks Content & Execution Support Support light marketing execution including: email drafts campaign formatting Canva templates publishing coordination Assist with marketing assets and operational content support Ensure brand consistency across campaign materials 💻 Required Experience & Skills Core Requirements Hands-on experience with: Salesforce CRM CRM hygiene and segmentation reporting and data management Experience with marketing automation platforms such as: Pardot / Account Engagement HubSpot or similar tools Experience using: ZoomInfo Apollo or similar prospecting platforms Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Process-driven mindset with ability to document workflows clearly Strong written English communication skills Comfortable working remotely during CST business hours ⭐ Nice to Have Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or marketing teams Familiarity with: SEO website optimization CMS platforms Experience drafting marketing emails or supporting content publishing Familiarity with: Canva basic design tools campaign formatting Experience working in: SaaS B2B marketing agencies growth-focused companies 🧠 What Makes You a Strong Fit Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven Strong operational mindset with focus on execution quality Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight Organized and proactive with follow-through Interested in systems, automation, and operational efficiency Strong communicator who keeps workflows clean and organized Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 📅 What a Typical Day Looks Like Clean and organize CRM records Build and segment prospect lists Support campaign launches and email operations Audit marketing data and reporting accuracy Update campaign trackers and dashboards Assist with SEO and website updates Document workflows and improve operational processes Support content formatting and publishing tasks In short: You help keep marketing systems clean, campaigns organized, reporting accurate, and operations running efficiently.
