Summary

A marketing associate's primary responsibilities will include implementing marketing and advertising activities, conducting market research, and run social media ads to engage with customers.

Communicate with the third-party web development company to make any necessary adjustments so that any product information and educational resources are readily available to customers via the business's website.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Marketing Manager to drive effective media lead generation activities

Monitor competitors marketing activities

Use design software and Photoshop to create professional quality advertising.

Research market trends and consumer preferences with respect to marketing and promotional activities

Helping to run social media accounts and produce high-quality and engaging multi-modal marketing content

(social media, print/magazine advertisements, MailChimp newsletters, etc.)

Ensure that any product information andeducational materials are easily accessible to clients via the company's website.

Competencies(KSA/Knowledge, Skills, Ability):

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the followings;

Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques

Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, Words, Power point

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Working knowledge with CRM programs

A high level of attention to detail

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator recommended but not required
