The center of the Dupaco Marketing Department is home to a position that is key to the Marketing Team's success. We call this position "Marketing Associate". You may have heard this title before but don't make the mistake of thinking this role is like all the rest! Here, you'll be the 'Dupaco prom items Shopper', the 'Community Event Coordinator', the 'Marketing Intranet Virtuoso', and the most appreciated. If you've dreamed of one day obtaining these titles, then this position is all you. If you aren't driven by title status, no worries. This role may still be a match if you get excited about helping a Marketing team succeed by deploying your stellar organization and communication skills. You Will:
Support the ordering, organization and fulfillment of Dupaco-branded merchandise, promotional items, and marketing collateral.

Organize marketing inventory and support fulfillment of requests (ex. print pieces, signs, displays)

Assist with the coordination of staff volunteer initiatives.

Support execution of corporate and community events

Assist with the maintenance of content on company intranet.

Input data and scan files.

Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials.

Communicate with Dupaco staff, members, vendors and public as needed.

Know Dupaco product and service features and benefits.

Perform other duties as assigned.

You’ll Need:
High school diploma

1+ year marketing, administrative or equivalent experience

Excellent organization skills

Detail oriented

Ability to work independently

Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively using tact, discretion and mature judgment

Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe programs not required, but a plus
