Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize DataLocker's social media profiles and all outbound promotional emails, focusing on lead-generation strategies. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Lead Generation: Design and implement effective lead generation programs and campaigns that utilize a mix of digital marketing tactics, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC advertising, and content marketing, to attract and convert targeted audiences.

Content tactics and SEO: Develop a content marketing strategy that supports SEO objectives and lead generation efforts. This strategy should include keyword research, content creation, and performance analysis to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Data Management & Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) for accurate tracking and reporting of marketing activities, focusing on lead capture, nurturing strategies, and conversion metrics. Analyze digital marketing campaign effectiveness to inform and adjust strategies for optimal lead generation.

Event Marketing: Work with Channel marketing to ensure they are designed to capture leads and engage potential customers effectively. Utilize events as a platform for lead generation and brand promotion.

Email Marketing & Automation: Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns and automation workflows contributing to lead nurturing and conversion objectives. Use segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and lead quality.

Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts, including Google AdWords, social media ads, and other relevant platforms, to target and acquire leads. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

Content Review & Optimization: Before publishing, proofread all marketing communications and collateral with an eye toward SEO and lead conversion best practices. Ensure all content is aligned with lead generation goals and brand messaging.

Internal Communications & Reporting: Manage routine internal communications to inform key DataLocker stakeholders of digital marketing activities and lead generation performance. Prepare and present reports on campaign results and insights for continuous improvement.

Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Support all ongoing marketing efforts focusing on digital strategies and lead generation, including sales and channel enablement activities, press and social engagement, and in-person and virtual events.
Job Overview and Requirements

Job Type: Salaried

Reporting To: VP of Marketing

Work Hours: Full Time

Training for position: Formal and Informal

Physical Requirements: None

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience: 3-5 years of proven working experience in marketing. Knowledge of WordPress. 2 years of experience with the Google AdWords platform is preferred. Good computer/general productivity application skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, collecting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates are also required. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
