Marketing Associate - COLLEGE GRADS

We're on a mission to provide affordable telecommunications solutions available to everyone. Our telecommunications program allows individuals to access telecommunications and wireless products without breaking the break. We understand the importance of connection in today's day and age and are dedicated to bringing those resources to community members throughout Maryland. 

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team and support the execution of direct marketing activities for our telecommunications program. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our reach, driving customer engagement, and increasing participation in our program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize direct marketing campaigns by engaging with local consumers and decision makers on a daily basis
• Thoroughly explain the multitude of benefits associated with the telecommunications program and answer questions with professionalism, ease and confidence
• Generate leads through business referral opportunities and nurture them to convert prospects into program participants.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction and retention, loyalty and advocacy 
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the marketing team and management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in direct marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
