Marketing Associate - Entry Level

Our firm partners with nationally recognized nonprofit and charity organizations to increase community awareness, enhance donor engagement, and build lasting supporter relationships. As a leader in face-to-face fundraising, outreach, and event-based marketing, we set the standard for excellence in donor acquisition and community impact.

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to represent our charity partners at local events, community centers, and retail locations. This is an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about helping others, engaging with their community, and supporting meaningful causes.

No experience required — full paid training provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional, compassionate Brand Representative for nonprofit partners

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and outreach activities

• Represent charitable missions through public engagement and community outreach

• Support event planning, grassroots fundraising, and awareness initiatives

• Take on Team Lead responsibilities during events as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, supporters, and event attendees

• Help identify and recruit new outreach associates as programs expand

• Contribute to the training and mentorship of new team members
