About the Role

As a Promotional Marketing Associate, you'll represent clients at live events, retail pop-ups, and community activations. Your goal is to connect with the public through friendly, face-to-face engagement that promotes products, services, or causes that truly matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and break down promotional event displays

• Engage customers and event attendees with a positive, approachable attitude

• Educate and excite the public about client products or nonprofit missions

• Distribute promotional materials and gather valuable customer feedback

• Track event outcomes and assist with campaign reporting

• Collaborate with team members to reach daily and weekly performance goals

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Thrive in public-facing, high-energy environments

• Are motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Have immediate availability (a big plus!)

• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a bonus—but not required
