Are you graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and ready to dive into the world of data and AI?  Further’s Graduate hiring program offers a full-time role where you'll apply your university training to real-world client challenges and technology solutions. 

Further is a data, cloud, and AI company whose focus is helping companies turn raw data into the right decisions. You’ll drive powerful insights for brands like Verizon, American Cancer Society, Behr Paint, and more right from the start. Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta in Atlantic Station, you’ll gain cross-functional experience and build a strong foundation to kickstart your career by turning data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions in a professional services environment.

Your first year will include:

• Helping to amplify our voice and scale our business — your work will matter.


• Gaining exposure to executive leadership, financial analysis, and resource management across the organization.


• Supporting and evolving Further’s brand, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies for the Further solution and platform offering.


• Managing our digital presence by creating and distributing content across channels (LinkedIn, X, Slack Forums, email, website) to support brand awareness and sales efforts.


• Partnering with sales to ensure they have high-quality, up-to-date marketing collateral to win new business.


• Managing the production of blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and campaign assets.


• Collaborating on event strategy and execution, including industry conferences, webinars, partner activations (Google, Adobe, PMG), and solution-oriented workshops to ensure a seamless brand experience.


• Collaborating on customer experience with our leaders, which includes entertainment ideas, research and booking events, signage, custom agendas, and in-office experience.


• Tracking and reporting on marketing performance (social engagement, website traffic, email metrics) to measure impact and inform improvements.

What we’re looking for: You don’t need to check every box — what matters most is your drive to grow.

Fast learner, committed to continuous learning with passion, curiosity, and some of the following foundations:

Required:

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or a related field. 


• Beginner proficiency or coursework in storytelling, digital platforms, business analytics, and/or CRM/email (Salesforce, Hubspot), etc. 


• AI Fluency & Curiosity: A baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery. We are looking for builders who leverage AI to speed up tasks, automate workflows, and proactively ship high-quality work faster than traditional methods allow.

Preferred:

• Relevant internships or project experience. 

Additional Notes:

• This is a hybrid position. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required in-office in Atlanta, GA.
