Job Summary: This position holds a leadership role within the department, understanding employee processes and helping to facilitate improvements or training as needed. Serving as a representative for Marketing on cross-department projects, handles all BA level program functionality & testing, and is responsible for all customer pricing and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project manage Marketing enhancements, developments, or fixes with IT developers
◼
Material sales view setup
◼
Programming for all company pricing
◼
SAP core team representative
◼
Functionality and marketing efforts for lead time, rebate and dealer programs
◼
Coop program claim processing, functionality, reporting, communication
◼
Industry partner relations and customer ordering
◼
Customer communications & marketing
◼
Backup for lead processing
◼
Attend KBIS as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
◼
Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
◼
Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
◼
Must have excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Education and Experience
◼
High School Diploma
◼
At least two years in an office environment
◼
Experience in similar responsibilities preferred

Hours of work are Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4:30 PM and any other necessary to complete the essential functions of this job
