Job Description:As the Marketing Communications Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring effective communication with our target audience. You will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and managing various communication channels to promote our brand and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Support event planning and coordination for marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining marketing calendars, organizing assets, and managing budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a focus on content creation and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an understanding of brand voice and tone.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
