JOB SUMMARY


Manages and supports the development of North America marketing go-to-market plans, campaign components and sales tools, speaker bureau and problem resolution in a particular business area or customer segment.


 


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES



  • Support communicating strategies, developing and executing go-to-market plans and providing general status updates through the project’s completion.

  • Develops and implements the go-to-market plans for new products or product enhancements to assure proper positioning strategies and coordinates pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities.

  • Works closely with corporate communications and business area marketing teams to successfully identify business opportunities, support tools, and new marketing programs in a timely and high quality manner.

  • Provides direction on the design and implementation of promotions, sales force collateral and customer communication materials to ensure brand and messaging consistency.

  • Assist to prioritize projects and/or ensure consistency with strategies and business priorities.

  • Reports program status regularly, makes recommendations and drives business decisions/actions to ensure successful project execution and follow-through.

  • Implement projects, working cross-functionally with various departments including Product Development, Marketing, Corporate, Quality, Regulatory, Law, etc.

  • Manage outsourced vendors, review content and provide quality control to ensure timely and high-quality product.

  • Implement and manage speaker bureau working directly with scientific affairs, medical affairs, legal and regional marketing.


 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS


 


Education


Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.


 


Experience



  • Minimum 4 years of experience



  • Relevant marketing experience, healthcare, or manufacturing experience preferred


Skills



  • A high energy level.

  • Ability to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously and ability to set priorities.

  • Knowledge of campaign development and execution.

  • Knowledge of product applications /therapies and the markets of the product(s) for which the incumbent has responsibility.

  • Knowledge of sales/marketing strategic planning and program delivery.

  • Proven analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems and develop programs with creativity and good judgment.

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to understand scientific facts and package them into a cohesive communication model for customers and sales personnel.

  • Knowledge necessary to work in Microsoft applications, interfaces, and databases.

  • Requires PowerPoint expertise and MS office understanding.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:  $86,700.00 to $108,400.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  7.0%%
