Job Description:Marketing Communications Manager, Fidelity CharitableRoleAre you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong writing skills? We’re looking for a unique candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Fidelity Charitable seeks a talented individual to support two key programs within our marketing team. This exceptional individual will work closely with both our Thought Leadership Director and Internal Communications Director to harness our voice and drive alignment throughout the organization. You will execute projects by working closely with various internal teams to prioritize and coordinate communications, messaging, and events, and establish systems and processes to drive efficiencies and cohesion across the marketing team.The Expertise and Skills You BringEducation:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications or marketing.

Experience:

5+ years of communications and/or marketing coordination experience within an agency or corporate environment.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to drive initiatives from start to finish.

Marketing Passion:

Experience and enthusiasm for marketing, with innovative thinking to reach various audiences.

Content Creation:

Proven skills in writing and creating content that resonates with internal and external audiences.

Tools Knowledge:

Understanding of marketing and production management tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Workfront.

Philanthropy Knowledge:

Familiarity with philanthropy and market research is a plus.

Project Management:

Creating and maintaining project plans and timelines, keeping marketing managers updated on progress and results.

Collaboration and Critical Thinking:

Strong collaboration skills as you interact with various internal business units and teams.

Content Strategies:

Developing and coordinating the production and distribution of collaterals, such as whitepapers, blogs, emails, and advertisements for our nonprofit audience.

Presentation Support:

Assisting with presentations for external events and webinars.

Website Maintenance:

Ensuring website content is current and relevant.

Company-Wide Communications:

Crafting and distributing announcements, newsletters, and updates through various channels. This can include internal Zoom meetings and in-person events.

Internal Presentations:

Supporting presentations for internal meetings.

SharePoint Maintenance:

Managing and updating the SharePoint “intranet” site.

Employee Engagement:

Participating in efforts to engage employees.

The TeamYou will report to the Director of Thought Leadership and have specific accountabilities for our Internal Communications, balancing your responsibilities to support both areas. You will be part of a broader collaborative Marketing, Brand and Thought Leadership team, helping to shape and realize our internal and external goals.
