As a Marketing & Communications Process Lead you will drive the enablement of sales and marketing business processes within our commercial systems.

What you will do:
CRM technology consultation Identify underutilized capabilities that could enable business strategies Stay current with platform (emphasis in Salesforce CRM) upgrades and future innovations Participate in platform vendor customer forums
Communication Create engaging communications for our target audiences Generate excitement and drive adoption Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
Sales and Marketing Process Management Stakeholder Relationship Management Accountability for E2E sales and marketing business processes enabled in our commercial systems Manage our team's sales and marketing projects
What you need: 4+ years of relevant professional experience BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field Excellent written and oral communication skills Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) Proficiency in digital communication tools Organizational and process mapping skills Proficiency in MS Office
$75,300- $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 20%
