  • Interview internal stakeholders, residents, and partners to gather source material and shape strong messaging.

Campaign Execution and Management

  • Manage day-to-day content scheduling and publishing across key channels.

  • Support cross-functional campaigns, including message development, asset creation, and calendar maintenance.

  • Track basic performance metrics and use insights to improve future communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of writing and communications experience across email, web, social, and campaign content.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with samples that show range and judgment.

  • Comfort working across formats, managing multiple deadlines, and interviewing subject matter experts.

  • Familiarity with communications tools such as email platforms, social scheduling tools, HubSpot, or similar systems.

  • Interest in using AI to improve workflow and execution.
