• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills

Job Description:

• Engage with targeted practices to partner with our practice 
• Keep detailed records of all contacts 
• Excellent teamwork and networking skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Following up on leads generated by the company 
• Coordinate with appropriate parties for office maintenance tasks 
• Assist in maintaining an organized and professional office environment 
• Support the functioning of marketing-related office initiatives 
• Generate referrals for the practice by meeting KPI’s
