$55,588 - $100,087

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Purpose/Objective

:

Researches content and consumer trends, develop content strategies, and produces content for a variety of businesses in both print and digital media. Works closely with design and marketing teams to ensure that the content is engaging, consistent and delivered across all media channels. Coordinates corporate events, while managing the strategy, creating the content, and responsible for those events from start to finish. Assists with brand development across all channels, and supports the SVP, Marketing Director in delivering consistently on all Berkshire Bank brands.

Key Accountabilities

:

Creates, sources, and publishes engaging and compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, customer communications, print collateral, newsletters, presentations, and a variety of other formats.
Manages the development of all creative and branding throughout the company.
In-house producer on video, audio, photography or other emerging media formats.
Updates content calendars and helps in ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
Manages the development of all content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
Coordinates with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
Event support from start to finish according to LOB requirements, target audience and objectives.
Leads promotional activities for the event and analyze the event's success by preparing reports.

Be the backup with all members of the marketing team to support various lines of businesses with their marketing needs and strategic goals.
Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience:

5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar
2+ years in tradeshow and event management
A portfolio of published work
Familiarity with content management systems
Good knowledge of content, layout, video editing, with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite
Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media
Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology

Skills Knowledge:

Creative problem solver with excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience in marketing operations
Experience working in a customer-centric, tight-deadline environment
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated capacity with the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and leadership
Demonstrated capacity in HTML and experience with website content management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to handle shifting priorities
Interest in Adobe Creative Suite and wanting to expand knowledge in the Suite
