We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and business development efforts of our growing construction company. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and resourceful individual who can manage multiple projects and contribute to strengthening the company’s brand presence across digital, print, and in-person platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Dean Builds marketing strategy & execution.
Create and manage content for marketing materials including brochures, proposals, social media, blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and press releases – maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Manage and update social media channels, monitor analytics, and engage with followers to increase brand awareness.
Assist with the development of RFQs, RFPs, and bid submissions, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor positioning.
Plan and manage company events, sponsorships, trade shows, and community involvement activities.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management system with leads, contacts, and marketing campaign performance.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and potential client opportunities to inform strategic marketing initiatives.
Track and report marketing metrics, including lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in a marketing role (Construction industry preferred)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Microsoft Office. Experience in CRM platforms a plus.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of email marketing and social media strategy
Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
