Marketing Coordinator

Preti Flaherty, one of New England’s leading law firms, seeks a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. This individual will assist the Marketing team in executing marketing, business development, and communications initiatives to enhance to firm’s visibility and client engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with events, including venue selection, production and distribution of invitations, tracing event information and RSVPs, nametag preparation, and preparation of conference materials.


• Assist in the production, editing, and distribution of newsletters, press releases, attorney biographies, web content, printed materials, client updates, and other client communications.


• Production, editing, and distribution of newsletters, press releases, attorney biographies, web content, printed materials, client updates, and other client communications.


• Coordinating responses to marketing surveys, directories, and nominations


• Assist with the administration of sponsorships and memberships, related advertisements, profiles, and payments.


• Administration of firm social media accounts


• General support for a variety of short and long-term projects

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred


• High proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Experience in a law firm or other professional services firm not required but preferred.
