Signature Dental Partners (SDP) is an established and respected private equity backed dental support organization (DSO) providing affiliated dentists in the Western U.S. with proven non-clinical business support functions. This non-clinical support allows dentists to spend more time and attention on patient care rather than burdensome administrative functions. Affiliated dentists benefit from professionally managed non-clinical support services such as human resources, payor relations, group purchasing, vendor management, capital investments, staff management, recruiting, finance, marketing, and information systems.


 


Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our dental services organization in driving patient growth, onboarding providers, and integrating new affiliate practices. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this role is critical in helping execute processes, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring positive relationships with providers and front office teams.


This position offers a unique opportunity for someone with healthcare marketing experience or a strong marketing foundation looking to grow within a fast-paced and evolving environment.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the execution of marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition and practice growth.

  • Coordinate marketing activities related to provider onboarding/offboarding, office openings, closures, and rebrands.

  • Manage requests from offices and providers to ensure timely and effective marketing support.

  • Oversee the development and deployment of digital and print marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of office-level campaigns and promotional events.

  • Assist in ensuring automated text and email patient communication channels are set up correctly for offices in a standardized and uniform way.

  • Execute specialty ad-hoc campaign requests for offices i.g. Invisalign Day or mailers.

  • Contribute to the management of patient referral initiatives and community engagement.

  • Work closely with the team to prioritize optimizing offices for paid programs by interacting with office managers and treatment coordinators.

  • Provide guidance and support for office-level digital and social media activities.


 


Qualifications:



  • Experience: 2+ years in any comparable role or related internship; healthcare or marketing agency experience preferred.

  • Skills:


    • Experienced in project management software (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp).

    • Exceptional efficiency with Outlook and email management.

    • Familiarity with website content management systems and website redesigns.

    • Experience with Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Yelp, Healthgrades, WebMD, ZocDoc and other local citation directory platforms.

    • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities are a must.

    • Some design experience with Canva, Illustrator, Photoshoot or others are preferred.

    • Working knowledge of using generative AI to aid in content creation and other workflows are essential.

    • General knowledge and ability to use Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.


  • Technical: Experience with back-office software Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint or similar.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
