We're seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand presence through engaging social media content and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create compelling visual and written content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate with shop managers to gather content and insights for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing events and promotions.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Middle Tennessee.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the automotive industry or small business marketing.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and basic graphic design.
