Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager and Business Development team by assisting with proposal development, marketing materials, digital content, CRM management, and client-focused events. This role works primarily in the office, with occasional time spent on job sites, and plays a key role in maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence.

Position Description

• Assist in the development and production of RFP and RFQ responses, including content coordination, layout, graphics, printing, and final submissions


• Create, update, and edit marketing materials such as project sheets, resumes, A305s, testimonials, newsletters, and presentations


• Support and maintain the Cosential CRM, including project records, data entry, updates, and pursuit tracking


• Create, edit, schedule, and publish social media content across company platforms, including captions, graphics, photography, short-form video, and drone footage


• Coordinate with vendors for signage, photography, and drone video services


• Assist with planning and logistics for client-specific events such as groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings


• Organize and manage marketing assets including photos, videos, and digital files


• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing and proposal materials

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role


• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Microsoft Office


• Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms


• A self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively


• Professional, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)


• Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or business development efforts


• Familiarity with CRM systems (Cosential experience a plus)


• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is a plus
