Marketing Coordinator

Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the marketing functionality of the company’s CRM tool.  Responsibilities extend to creating dashboards and analytical reports to better understand the trends in data as related to the Belimo website, Belimo’s social media activity, SEO/AEO and Google AdWords performance.  The position requires strong analytic skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. All actions and tasks are to meet the company’s objectives and brand strategies.

The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Marketing Americas and is part of the Product Management Department. The Marketing Coordinator bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate content and execute e-blasts/newsletters (to customers and to internal sales, etc). Track progress and success of email campaigns, conduct testing to optimize results.


• Maintain email database (MS Dynamics) which entails ongoing maintenance, additions and cleansing of database on a regular basis.  Building up contacts information to utilize for campaigns thru sunset campaigns and other avenues.


• The Dynamics 365 subject matter expert for Marketing and actively participate in global meetings and software enhancements.


• Develop and maintain segmented email/enewsletter lists within CRM tool, ie. Fire and Smoke, etc.


• Coordinate postal mailing lists as needed with mail house/fulfillment vendor, ie. PGPL mailing.


• Tracking of analytics of email campaigns and determining best strategy.  Provide quarterly and year end reporting of email campaigns.


• Provide review of online launch events, evaluating pre/post campaign statistics and identifying best practices.


• Provide monthly sales tools analytics utilizing GA4, google play and Apple developer data to be used for reporting.


• Develop and maintain relevant dashboards, tracking in Belimo’s 3rd party tools


• Maintain AM intranet site by updating with relevant content.


• Analyze website traffic and identify on monthly/quarterly basis recommendations improvements/areas of growth and seek to understand trends.


• Update/enhance quarterly report on website activity, Belimo’s social media presence/activity and analyze Belimo’s google ad words campaigns.  Identify relevant KPIs and develop ongoing benchmarks.


• Provide review of competitor activity when applicable and make recommendation on strategies to explore.


• Manage and update belimomarketing.com website as needed meanwhile evaluate other streamlined option to replace this “site”.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required. 


• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PC-literate


• Strong knowledge/experience with MS Dynamics or other CRM tool


• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team, manage multiple products and meet deadlines


• Excels in fast paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change


• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, writing, proofreading & creative skills


• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills


• Detail oriented multi-tasker who is able to prioritize workload and time effectively while still paying attention to detail


• Fluent in English


• Knowledge/experience with Google Analytics

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $28 - $32 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
