Marketing Coordinator

Project Luong is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will work closely with the Strategy Director, graphic design, and architectural design team to support marketing and business development efforts through writing proposals, client communication, branding, and producing marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, taking ownership of their work, and collaborating across a fast-paced architecture and development firm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Strategy Director, principals, architectural design team, and graphic design team to develop proposals and qualifications packages that showcase the firm’s expertise to public and private entities.
• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Help guide marketing assets from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines, reviews, and approvals are met.
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, social media, promotional materials, award submissions, PR initiatives, and client-facing communications.
• Prepare presentations, asset requests, approvals, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
• Assist in quality-checking marketing assets and promotional materials before release.
• Monitor website and social media engagement metrics and help compile insights and recommendations.
• Foster meaningful relationships with clients, industry contacts, and consultants and implement initiatives to achieve business development goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or related fields.
• Excellent copywriting and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and vendors for various assets such as graphics, renders, banners, booklets, or other promotional materials.
• Experience with social media content strategy and creation.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, inDesign, and Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable taking ownership of assignments and moving projects forward with limited day-to-day supervision.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Experience with RFQs, RFPs, qualifications packages, or other proposal-driven business development activities.
• Experience with photography, videography, content creation, or drone videography.
• Experience with coordinating internal office materials, including office swag, banners, posters, and business cards.
