Job Description - Marketing Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

Location: On Site, Santiago

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the marketing team and marketing strategies for Jostens. Reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1	Create and perform in-season updates to marketing collateral. Supporting cross-functional teams across all channels in executing communications and resources.	40%
2	Liaison to sales, operations, customer service and product to address problems, issues, questions and identify opportunities for additional support needs.	20%
3	Perform general administrative duties as needed.	5%
4	Assist in the build out of an image asset library. Inventory of assets, managing naming conventions, asset usage rights, and gathering/sourcing school specific imagery/testimonials.	15%
5	Pull weekly reporting to help summarize marketing communication performance. Includes data pulls, image/asset collection and summarizing data.	20%

Required:

High school graduate or college student

Proficient in all Microsoft applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask

Strong ability to identify and execute priorities with a sense of urgency

Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

BA or BS degree

Adobe Programs knowledge
