Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a retail position focused on overseeing the development & implementation of brick & mortar and online growth strategies. The ideal candidate will contribute to existing programs and also develop new initiatives that align with company goals through Digital Marketing & Content Development. Candidates should have experience in various marketing functions such as communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. In this role, you will have a significant impact on promoting our brand and products through the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive social media strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that align with and support brand strategy with the objective of increasing brand visibility and increase traffic to social platforms/company site that will drive conversions Curate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original captions/texts, images, and video) that builds meaningful connections and communities on all channels Strategize, execute, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc) Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels Create and maintain shared editorial calendar to coordinate publishing schedules Continually leverage education, research and industry best practices to identify trends and opportunities for growth Develop and manage influencer and/or affiliate relationships Grow local and online brand awareness by securing press Manage all email marketing campaigns and report results Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences for maximum impact Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations Develop and coordinate events, trunk shows, local business/association collaborations and other promotional activities Create marketing materials and collateral for retail store including signage and promotional materials
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Be friendly and have a positive attitude A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to rapidly changing priorities Proficient in content marketing, performance marketing, and social media marketing strategies Knowledge of social marketing execution and visual story-telling using tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Highly organized with strong attention to detail Someone who can work independently, but is not afraid to ask for help Possess good time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong research skills to identify target audience preferences and trends Maintain and update our email marketing platform Skilled with numbers and data (budgets, trend analysis, and performance measurements)
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Experience of photo and video curation and editing for business online marketing/content Experience with e-commerce platforms and online advertising campaigns Experience with project management is highly desirable Knowledge of Trello or similar project management software Competence in managing paid advertising, optimizing campaigns, writing ad copy, and setting up campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is preferred Knowledge of Google Drive, Sheets and Photos
