Are you ready to take your IT marketing career to the next level? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Prague to own and drive our marketing agenda across six key markets (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland). You will collaborate with our EMEA Marketing team, our internal Agencies and top Partners like ServiceNow and Google Cloud, making a real impact on our regional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the local marketing plan, managing the dedicated budget.
• Collaborate closely with EMEA Marketing teams and internal Agencies (Content, Creative, Digital) on dedicated campaigns and initiatives to be rolled out to our local markets.
• Partner with our local Tech Expert domains, Presales, Sales, PMO, HR and Internal Comm teams to drive marketing topics across the company and provide relevant and continuous marketing support for business development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement areas.
• Align local marketing activities with our strategic Partners – ServiceNow and Google Cloud ensuring cohesive campaigns and initiatives execution.
• Plan and execute online and in-person events.
• Manage CRM, demand & lead generation activities (HubSpot, Salesforce) in collaboration with our Presales and Sales teams.
• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), including organic and paid campaigns, with support from our internal agency.
• Maintain and update the company websites (WordPress), ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling content, including announcements, social media posts, articles, references and success stories.

We require: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• IT background is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for business.
• Experience with WordPress and G Suite tools (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus (training provided).
• Experience with proposal formatting.
• Fluency in Czech and English.
• German is a plus.
• An experience or a genuine interest in technology, AI and digitalization.
