CTL Engineering is hiring a Marketing Coordinator (Proposals, Internal media)!

We provide civil/site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, A/V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge/roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in our proposal process, teaming requests, and creating/updating internal Corporate information. You’ll leverage your expertise and interest in technical/proposal writing, internal communications, and the full spectrum of marketing-related activities.

Highlights:

• The role will be based out of our current office in Worthington – near I-270 – but we’ll be moving in early 2025 to our new office location in New Albany.
• This role requires an onsite presence at our office (no hybrid or remote work schedule for this role).

Responsibilities:

• For proposals, this role will gather, edit, and organize all written technical materials supplied by our internal Managers/Leads then will incorporate those technical pieces into the entire proposal package.
• Write non-technical portions of a proposal.
• Design, coordinate and produce timely, accurate RFPs/RFQs/SF330, including updating internal resumes, project experience profiles and other company information.
• Maintain updated information on staff members for purpose of having current project resumes for proposals.
• Handle outside teaming requests from clients/consultants.
• Write news/updates for our internal intranet.
• Design, coordinate and write a quarterly newsletter that is sent to clients.
• Help prepare for, and possibly attend, a few of the larger industry-specific trade shows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications preferred
• 2-4+ years related marketing experience with an A/E/C professional services firm is a strong plus.
• Must have the ability to work will individuals at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities under minimal supervision
