Marketing Data & Automation Analyst for a DTC E-Commerce Company (Remote)

Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) health & wellness gummy supplement brand, offering products designed to support everyday health and wellness, including Hair, Skin & Nails, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Immune Support gummies.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Data & Automation Analyst to help turn paid media data into actionable insights and build smarter, more efficient marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze paid media and advertising performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Interpret campaign data and translate complex outputs into clear, actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and improve automated marketing and data workflows.
• Use tools such as Make.com, Claude, and AI-powered marketing/ad platforms to automate analysis and operational processes.
• Connect and organize data from different marketing sources to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and performance changes across paid media campaigns.
• Support the media buying team with data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Develop AI-assisted processes for recurring analysis, reporting, and marketing operations.
• Continuously evaluate new AI, automation, and data tools that can improve the team's workflows.
• Work in an evolving environment where processes and technologies are continuously changing.

• Background in engineering, software development, coding, automation, data analytics, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or other AI-assisted tools for analytical or operational workflows.
• Experience in DTC, e-commerce, performance marketing, or consumer brands.
• Experience working with or interpreting marketing, advertising, or paid media data.
• Ability to understand large or complex datasets and identify meaningful trends.
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing tools, systems, and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media platforms.
• Experience with Make.com or similar automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify and subscription-based e-commerce businesses.
• Experience building automated reporting or marketing dashboards.
