will partner closely with the marketing and ticketing departments to drive data-driven decision-making across our paid and organic efforts.
The
Marketing Data Science Manager
will specifically focus on overseeing comprehensive ad tracking initiatives to ensure the accurate measurement and optimization of the organization's marketing campaigns and organic channels.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and management of advanced ad tracking systems to accurately measure and attribute the performance of advertising campaigns and organic traffic across various channels.
Develop and refine attribution models to assess the impact of each touchpoint in the customer journey.
Develop and execute a robust marketing and ticketing analytics and measurement strategy, with a specific focus on ad tracking and attribution modeling.
Conduct advanced data analysis to derive actionable insights from marketing and advertising data as well as ticketing, talent, sponsorships, etc.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data findings to optimize advertising strategies and improve ROI.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ticketing and advertising performance.
Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting the effectiveness of advertising initiatives.
Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts to continually refine advertising strategies.
Utilize statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast and improve advertising performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, finance and IT, to align analytics efforts with overall business goals.
Clearly communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years in a role overseeing the data management and analytics function with a focus on ad tracking and attribution modeling.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of data technologies, tools, and ad tracking platforms including Google Analytics 3 & 4, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, MailChimp, Shopify, etc.
Advanced statistical and mathematical skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
Proven ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of marketing strategies based on data insights.
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing analytics practices.
