Good Will Publishers, an 85-year-old family company, is growing its national Sponsorship program—and we’re looking for Market Development Partners (MDPs) to help us bring values-based book programs to new communities across the country.

What You'll Do:

As an MDP, you’ll open new towns by introducing our children’s and sympathy book programs to schools, funeral homes, and local businesses. These are markets without an existing rep—you’ll be first in and first to benefit.

Work independently. Control your time. Earn a 50% commission on every sale.

**What You Can Earn:

Average Town Revenue: \$3,500 – \$5,500

Your Share (50% Commission): \$1,400 – \$2,200

Typical Time Investment:\~3-4 days per town

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in community relations, field outreach, sales
• Hunter mentality, Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (5 days/week), typically spending time in 1–2 towns per week.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
