Reports to: Director of Communications
Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours per week
Objective: The Marketing Director has expertise in developing and executing campaigns that drive engagement across physical and digital platforms. Skilled in analytics, public relations, and creative problem-solving, including strong communication and leadership abilities. Experienced in managing teams, collaborating across departments, and fostering media relationships to increase brand visibility and awareness, as well as the story of what God is doing at our church to help us even more effectively fulfill our mission statement as a church.
\nPersonal Qualifications:Evaluation: The Marketing Director will meet regularly with the Director of Communications for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year
