Position Summary:
We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategies and initiatives. This role is pivotal as we look to expand our footprint in the hospitality industry and venture into franchising. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and proven marketing expertise, particularly within the hospitality or franchise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities and drive franchise development.
Supervise the marketing team and coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and franchise development goals.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and ROI across all campaigns and initiatives.
Plan and execute promotional events and corporate sponsorships to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure marketing strategies are consistent across all locations and support overall brand standards and customer experience.
Lead branding initiatives, ensuring all franchise partners adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
Generate engaging and compelling content for marketing channels, including website, press releases, and marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry or franchise sector.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and data analytics.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
