SummaryOur agency is hiring a Marketing Director to help lead and grow our marketing department. This individual will help develop brand marketing initiatives for our clients and implement strategic marketing campaigns. The Marketing Director will join our leadership team overseeing brand, web development, and technology department teams. Our agency needs an individual with 7+ years of marketing agency experience and a strong technical understanding of B2B and D2C marketing strategy and digital production.

To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with leading a team of driven, creative, and technical minds. This role is more than just meetings and smiles. You will create hard-line strategy, manage operational tasks and resources, project communications, and production timelines. Marketing Director Responsibilities

Develop strategies to generate awareness, traffic, and conversions for client brandsHelp lead internal strategy and creative meetingsCollaborate with internal teams to build a go-to-market strategyInterview subject matter experts and research insights to guide creative decisionsPrepare for and lead client meetingsProduce relevant, valuable, and engaging content for our clients online and offlineOversee the successful deployment of marketing campaigns for client brandsFacilitate and manage strategic relationships and partnershipsOversee and manage client marketing budgets, allocate and invest funds wiselyMeasure and report performance of marketing campaigns and team performanceUtilize a variety of acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, email marketing, event management, publicity, social media, SEO, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.

Marketing Director QualificationsBS/MS degree in marketing or a related field7+ years of proven experience in marketingStrong knowledge of web and digital analytics tools and marketing technologyExperience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsExcellent numerical skills, including utilization of metrics and spreadsheetsAbility to creatively devise and lead cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivateGeneral good design eye, including an innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communicationAware of the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement
