Who we need:
We are seeking an experienced

Marketing Professional

to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as the head of the Marketing business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing marketing & content management best practices to significantly impact the growth & financial success of Consolidus.
What you’ll do:
· As a people manager and member of the SLT, demonstrate EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) leadership principles including communication, inspiration, self-awareness, continuous improvement, adaptability, strategic mindset, caring, and dependability.
· Develop a high performing team through Rule of 5 leadership and training (EOS).
· Develop and oversee the marketing strategy for both Program Management (PM) and Corporate Sales (CS).
· Design and implement the trade show strategy and process.
· Effectively manage the work of third-party vendors in support of our marketing initiatives.
· Manage and strengthen the Consolidus brand identity including enhancing visibility and brand recognition both internally and externally.
· Develop and manage the lunch and learn (L&L) strategy.
· Oversee the successful execution of cooperative marketing campaigns with vendors.
· Develop and manage our social media strategy.
· Implement the 5 - 7 touch onboarding plan for new customers.
· Streamline processes by incorporating automation, AI, and systems integration where possible.
· Oversee and optimize the Consolidus.com website.
· Establish and monitor marketing metrics to measure success and drive improvements.
Requirements and skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B marketing with demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing customer and brand success campaigns.
