Job Summary

The

Marketing Director

is a full time position responsible for promoting the i9 Sports brand to the community through guerilla & digital tactics. The primary function of this role is to increase brand recognition, educate potential customers about our programs, build our social media presence, build our membership/registration base, and find partners and sponsors.

Responsibilities

Executing guerilla marketing strategies including road signs, flyers, and in-person events (tent and/or table with a informational banner, flyers, and sometimes a prize wheel with giveaways to promote i9 Sports).
Executing digital marketing campaigns through a platform called Eulerity - basic graphic design skills are a plus
Managing our Facebook and Instagram pages and growing our followers
Manage the marketing tactics at our own events - game day signage, tall flags, banners, QR codes to follow us on social media
Interact with the public and educating them on the i9 Sports Experience
Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service and communication skills
Building relationships & driving brand awareness with local business owners, community members, and schools
Qualifications

Must have excellent communication skills --- high energy/enthusiastic personality is a plus!
Must have computer efficiency (typing, general software navigation, adjusting settings for printing, etc) -- expertise in Office, Canva or Photoshop is a plus!
Must have marketing and promotional experience --- awareness of social media algorithms and how to grow followers is a plus!
Must have high motivation, be a self-starter, work independently --- proven track record of going beyond expectations is a plus!
Must have reliable transportation and willingness to use that vehicle for road sign and flyer routes every week
Must have organizational skills to create and manage a full calendar of marketing actions and events
Must have leadership skills to get a large team of part time staff to help you promote the brand on game day
Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
