Marketing Director, Biomarkers / Director of Marketing, Molecular Diagnostics ?

A growing uro-oncology diagnostics company is seeking a Marketing Director to lead strategy for a newly acquired biomarker portfolio: physician adoption, market access, and launch, built from scratch.

What you'll be doing

• Build annual marketing plans, positioning, and messaging for the biomarker portfolio
• Lead launch readiness: milestones, targeting, message testing, and KPI tracking
• Analyze physician utilization and market trends to guide decisions
• Partner with Medical Affairs to translate evidence into physician-facing materials
• Support Sales enablement and Market Access reimbursement messaging
• Engage KOLs and physician societies to build awareness

About you

• Be able to do the job as described
• 8-12 years commercial marketing experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or precision medicine, including field sales
• Direct experience in urology, oncology, or bladder cancer
• Medicare reimbursement, LCD, and diagnostic coding experience
• Physician society relationships (AUA, SUO) and European team experience
