We are looking for someone with a holistic marketing background who can innovate and bring new ideas for our demographics with proven experience in

generating leads

to grow our company. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns within the

financial/insurance

industry with the purpose to bring the right clients to our doorstep. He/she will Lead a team with hands on participation to develop and coordinate marketing events/activities, long-term goals/strategies, thriving with the changing needs of our environment.

In this position, you will be working in collaboration with a team to accomplish set deadlines and maintain KPI metrics.

Team Role Objectives
Develop and maintain marketing lead channels to create first visits
Lead the execution of marketing programs through completion
Analyze trends, market analysis, and marketing best practice
Develop analytics reporting across multiple platforms

Team Responsibilities
Work with external creative teams, developing briefs while guiding creative content in print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute campaigns across the prospect and client lifecycle, development of consistency of messaging
Manage content and updates, participating in events, documenting business processes
Gather customer and market insights for outreach strategies and generate ideal leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis for direction in campaigns
Coordinate with internal and external teams regarding marketing programs and strategies
Manage/coordinate/collaborate

the creation and marketing of our various media platforms: TV, Radio, Vid-casts, Podcasts with external digital professional

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Positive Attitude and an Extraordinary Client Service Awareness
Handles pressure and deadlines well
Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
Minimum of 10 Years Previous Marketing experience
Flexible schedule for events management
