Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in building and growing our community, managing our social media accounts, and driving user acquisition and market growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, community building, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to build and engage our community.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
- Create and implement campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with the community to foster a positive and active user base.
- Develop content strategies, including blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar senior marketing role in web3 or high-tech .
- Demonstrated success in community building and social media management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a startup or tech company.
- Strong understanding on both blockchain and AI technologies is a big plus
