Marketing Director - Entry Point into Oncology

Marketing Director – Oncology Franchise 

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive the strategy and execution of a fast-evolving oncology franchise in Japan. This role will play a critical part in shaping brand success across prostate cancer portfolios, including multiple in-market and upcoming launch assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own franchise-level marketing strategy across prostate cancer brands, including lifecycle management and pipeline readiness
  


• Lead product launches and post-launch optimization across HCP, patient, and access stakeholders
  


• Manage co-promotion / alliance partnerships, ensuring alignment and execution excellence
  


• Lead a small marketing team and work closely with sales, medical, and market access teams
  


• Drive integrated brand planning across multiple stakeholders and channels
  


• Contribute to franchise growth strategy toward a ~$1B business ambition in Japan
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing (oncology not required)
  


• Proven track record in product launches and lifecycle management
  


• Experience managing cross-functional and/or partner-driven (co-promotion) environments
  


• Leadership experience, ideally managing small teams or cross-functional project teams
  


• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex matrix/global organizations
