 As a Remote Travel Marketing Event Advisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and campaigns to promote our travel services and engage our target audience. Working remotely, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative event concepts, execute event logistics, and measure event success. This role offers the opportunity to work from home or any other remote location, contributing to our marketing efforts and helping to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate marketing events and campaigns to promote our travel services, including virtual events, webinars, workshops, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

2. Event Coordination: Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, event registration, catering, audiovisual setup, signage, and on-site coordination, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.

3. Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling event content, including presentations, promotional materials, social media posts, and email campaigns, to drive attendance and engagement.

4. Promotion and Outreach: Promote marketing events through various channels, including email marketing, social media, website updates, and digital advertising, to reach our target audience and drive event attendance.

5. Attendee Engagement: Engage with event attendees before, during, and after events to ensure a positive experience, address inquiries, and gather feedback to improve future events.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align event objectives with overall marketing and business goals and ensure seamless coordination and execution.

7. Vendor Management: Liaise with event vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure event resources, negotiate contracts, and coordinate deliverables, ensuring timely and cost-effective event execution.

8. Budget Management: Manage event budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring that events are executed within budgetary constraints.

9. Measurement and Reporting: Measure and analyze event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and ROI, and prepare post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event marketing and incorporate new ideas and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our events.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and event attendees.

• Proficiency in event planning tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a remote team.

• Must be able to work in the U.S.
