At Bath Planet of Orlando, we help people turn their bathroom remodeling dreams into reality—and we do it with passion and purpose. We're expanding fast and looking for someone who’s ready to take our brand to the next level through high-energy events and engaging community outreach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Research and secure exciting events, trade shows, and expos across the Orlando area

• Negotiate and book event space—create a full calendar of can’t-miss events

• Hire, train, and lead an enthusiastic team of event demonstrators

• Build and manage event schedules and staffing plans

• Oversee booth setup, takedown, and logistics

• Connect with attendees, schedule free in-home consultations, and generate quality leads

• Track performance and drive results through smart reporting and follow-up

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have top-notch communication and people skills

• Love being out and about, meeting new people every day

• Are highly organized and thrive on managing multiple moving parts

• Can confidently lead, train, and motivate a team

• Are flexible and ready to work weekends (events don’t stop for the 9–5!)

• Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed
