We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team in the Denver, CO market.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and identify local events, expos, and shows within the assigned territory
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors and organizers
• Build and maintain an annual events calendar
• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators
• Schedule and manage event staff for shows and promotions
• Coordinate booth setup, display execution, and teardown
• Engage with attendees and set appointments for free in-home consultations
• Collect contest entries and manage lead capture systems
• Follow up on leads and schedule consultations
• Track, measure, and report event performance results

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be available to work weekends

Compensation

• Base salary: $5,000
• Performance-based earnings potential: up to $8,000
• Additional bonus opportunities based on event performance and results
