Marketing Events Specialist - Remote

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and organizing various events in the travel industry, such as conferences, corporate meetings, incentive trips, and destination weddings. Their primary role will be to ensure these events run smoothly from initial planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Design: Develop travel-related events based on client preferences, objectives, and budgets.
• Venue Selection: Research and choose suitable venues, accommodations, and facilities that match the event's purpose and size.
• Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects, including transportation, catering, audio-visual equipment, and guest accommodations.
• Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, making cost-effective decisions to achieve financial targets.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with various vendors, including caterers, decorators, entertainment, and transportation providers.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to update them on event progress and address any needs or concerns.
• Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing plans to promote and attract participants to travel-related events.
