Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Campaign Management
- Create, launch, and manage automated workflows and nurture campaigns in HubSpot.
- Maintain a clean and updated contact database with segmentation and deduplication.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track KPIs across all campaigns and digital platforms.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Paid Media Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms such as Reddit when required.
- A/B test creatives and audiences; report on ROI and lead quality.
- Content & Social Media
- Manage social media calendar, including content writing, graphic briefs, scheduling, and posting.
- Write and edit blog posts, landing pages, and web content aligned with SEO goals.
- Collaborate with the team members to produce campaign assets or social media posts
- Email & e-DM Marketing
- Design and deploy email marketing campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot.
- Personalise eDMs to segmented target audiences for better engagement and conversions.
- Website Management
- Create and update web pages and landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
- Oversee content SEO (keywords, meta tags, headings) and technical SEO (site structure, speed, schema).
- Marketing Asset Development
- Write compelling various types of marketing collateral, such as blogs, landing pages, social media posts, paid ads, infographics, brochures, banners, and other digital/offline assets.
- Proofread and edit marketing copies to ensure clarity, spelling, grammar, and alignment with brand voice.
- Event Support
- Be available to attend offline events and support the internal team when required.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B, preferably for AU clients in the SaaS, MSP, or IT industry.
- Proven proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub & CMS Hub (including automation, workflows, email marketing, reporting, and content marketing).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects & content streams simultaneously.
- Understanding of SEO best practices (on-page and technical).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Ability to decode briefs, apply logic & conceptualise campaign structures & work flows, pay attention to detail, work independently, and collaborate as a team.
- Strong English communication skills—particularly in writing, editing, proofreading, and reading comprehension.
Desirable Skills:
- Basic graphic design skills (on Canva) for social and email creatives.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, or Ahrefs.
- WordPress CMS experience would be a nice to have
- Understanding of marketing funnels and B2B and Account Based Marketing.
