Company Description

We have been in logistics since 1959, when "Societe des Produits Alimentaires et Menagers Yordan Obegi s.a.l." was incorporated. At the time, the logistics activity was focused on servicing the internal client.



When we were appointed as McDonald's distribution center for Lebanon in 1998, the possibility of extending these services to other companies seemed to a logical development.



This decision was taken one step further in June 2006 when Logistica s.a.l. was incorporated as a separate company with a clear view to rapidly increase its clientele by offering full quality logistics solutions

Job Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and activity plans.  This role involves a blend of creativity and analytical ability to reach the set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing plan: prepares yearly/monthly plan based on brands strategies

• Reports: prepares regular reports to track the brands performance

• Market analysis and competitive research: monitors market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and threats

• Demand planning: handles orders and stock management

• Coordination with:

  • Principals: conducts regular meetings and prepares regular reports outlining the brands performance. Prepares business reviews.
  • Logistics department: follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Sales team/trade marketing: collaborates closely with the trade marketing and the sales team to achieve targets and implement activity plans
  • Finance department: monitors the A&P, the margins and the value chain of the brands

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field

• Proven experience in a similar role (2 to 4 years)

• Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel and power point)

• Proficient in Arabic and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Creativity and commercial awareness

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking

Additional Information

Work Environment: This role typically works in an office environment but may also require regular trade visits
